At Maher Fashions, we are committed to delivering your fashion choices in pristine condition and as quickly as possible. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your delicate garments reach you safely.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For custom-made or boutique-stitched items, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Standard Domestic Shipping (India): 3–8 business days.

International Shipping: 10–15 business days (varies by destination).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.  

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Domestic: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

International: Maher Fashions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Packaging of Delicate Fabrics

To maintain the integrity of fabrics like organza and georgette, all items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in premium, weather-resistant packaging to prevent snags or moisture damage during transit.

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video for

 easy verification.
