Thank you for shopping at Maher Fashions. We take great pride in the quality of our textiles and craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 1 calendar day to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with all brand tags, care labels, and hygiene seals intact.
Items with any scents (perfume, deodorant), stains (makeup), or signs of wear will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or tailored-to-measure garments.
Ready-made dresses that have been altered at the customer's request.
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size of the same style, please contact us at info@maherfashions.in , Due to the exclusive nature of our fabrics, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage to  info@maherfashions.in
